SUFC Country Academy

SUFC is giving regional based athletes the opportunity to join an elite off season Academy. The program is open to male and female Rugby players who live and attend school in Regional areas and are aged 16 to 18 years in 2022. The 5 session program will include strength & conditioning programs and specialist coaching provided by SUFC coaching and playing staff. Selected players will also be provided with information on academic, employment and Rugby opportunities post school.
Selection trials for this Academy will occur at Kinross Wolaroi School, Orange on Sunday 28th November between 10am till 12.00pm, to register your interest please complete your details below. For further details contact Nick Ryan, n.ryan@sport.usyd.edu.au
When: Trial - Sunday 5 November, 10am-12pm
Where: Kinross Wolaroi School, Orange
Who: Males & Females 16-18 years
Fee: $50 (unsuccessful players will be refunded after the trial)
If successful, the training sessions will held at Kinross on:
- 12th December - 1st training session
- 23rd Jan - 2nd training session with SUFC Colts
- 13th Feb - 3rd training session
- 20th March - 4th training session
- 24th April - Final training session at Mudgee after Shute Shield game.
